Customize Spreadsheet of Evaluations of RFI in Sourcing module

Hi Experts,

I need to customize the spreadhsheet when we enter the Evaluations and respond by spreadsheet in RFI in Sourcing module.

The steps are:

-> Raise RFI

->Supplier will submit the Response

->Open the RFI and Analyze by Spreadsheet

->Enter Evaluations

->Click on Respond by Spreadsheet

In the Spreadsheet we get here has to customized.

Could you let us know how can we customize the spreadsheet. Is there any template which it picks up or we can define the extra columns at some place?
