Are CSIs specific to Customers or Customers and Products?
I have a question about CSI's. Do CSI's exist at the customer level or at the Customer and Product level?
Example Co have E Business Suite, OBIEE and PeopleSoft HR. Do they have one CSI and all products and related SRs are linked to that
OR
do they have three CSI's, one for EBS, one for OBIEE and another for SRs related to PeopleSoft HR?
