ePerformance Multiple Document Print/Save

We are wondering if there is a streamlined way to print/save electronically all performance evaluations for a particular employee for litigation purposes. For example, if employee A sues and you need all performance evaluations for that employee, is there an efficient way to get everything out of the system without going into each document individually and prinitng it off or saving it as a PDF?
