Functional difference between Cost Centre, Business Unit, Work Area and Branch/Plant

Hi all,

Can anybody point me to documentation or explain to me what they are and what is the difference than the ones above?

As far as I understand, everything, in the end, is a Cost Centre, a "bag" that receives money. Then, I understand that the Work Area and the Branch/Plant are one and the same, is that correct?
