Update the field value automatically

Hi There,

Is there any eScript (or any other) approaches to automatically update the Siebel's environment dependent rows' value such as Address under Inbound/Outbound web services, and Host name field under Symbolic URL?

We need to frequently migrate the Repository, SRF, ADM xml files from DEV environment to other environments (TEST and Production) and we have to modifiy these fields in the target environments after the migrations.
