Moving Recognized Cost and Revenue from Income Statement to Balance Sheet
Now, we have the need to move our Recognized Cost and Revenue from an Income Statement account to a Balance Sheet account. Since we use Job Cost, it is important that our open Contracts and Change Events have the new Balance Sheet account. We know that doing this will affect prior years of retained earnings (and we have lots of years).
Has anyone done a mass move of accounts from the IS to the BS? If so, can you share your insight? We think we want to keep the same Short Account ID in the F0901.
