Does Contracts Core functionality support Lease Contracts

I am a member of the Leasing Community and currently have no experience with Contracts Core functionality.  I've searched the Contracts cummunity to find information on whether there is standard functionality in Contracts Core to support Lease Contracts?  Standard Oracle Lease and Finance Mangement (OLFM) does not include the generation of lease documents.  However, OLFM leverages Articles or Clause functionality for Master Lease Agreement articles.  I was able to draft a clause for a Master Lease Agreement in Contracts today. 

OLFM customers have additional requirements that include: Master Lease Agreement (documents), attachments to Master Lease Agreements, Certificates of Acceptance, Equipment PO for sales and leaseback transactions, etc.  Do you have any suggestions on the best way to 'get up to speed on the basics of Contracts Core?
