unable to perform online Accounting from Invoice workbench

Hi,
I am unable to 'create accounting' from invoice workbench. A 'Note' is displayed saying that 'online accounting could not be created for this transaction. Please inform the system administrator that the create accounting program has encountered an internal error'.

I have run the 'AAD' and it has run normal. Can anyone suggest any solution?
