Supplier Sites Open Interface

Hello,
I'm working on Supplier Site Open Interface with TCA Architecture and I would like to know how I can create a supplier sites with the same address?
Nowadays after filled fields at AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_INT table for the same site to different Operation Unit and run Import concurrent program all sites are created with one address to each Operation Unit. I would like to create the same address to many Operation Units. Is it possible?
