Record limitation (Upper limit) for the Siebel Reports based on IO method.

I am able to generate the report for 1 selected record. But if the report is queried not against a selected record, i am unable to generate the particular report. I doubt if the issue arise due high record count. Is there any record query limitations in Siebel ?  Anyone please help me to solve this issue. Awaiting your response
