Modifier/Adjustment/Discount Not applying in Unit Selling Price in Sales Order Line by using API: OE

Hi,

I'm using public API: oe_order_pub.Process_Order to import Sales Order from Legacy and I'm facing problem in applying Adjustment(modifier/discount) in Sales Order Line. Thought SO header/Line is creating along with Adjustment also. But, the adjustment is not applying or reducing price in SO Line. Its in R12. Version 12.1.3

Have any one worked on the same? Please provide me some info.
