locations - after finance install going to full hr with payroll - Purchasing created multiple locati

 Hello. I've been told (since I remember) that hr controls the locations and there should be 1 location for each physical office. Since we are working to implement full HR and Finance went before us, Purchasing created several locations. The implementation team asked the users what they'd like to see -- so the locations are easy for the end users to select.  Some buildings have 10 locations - same address but different receiver (ship-to) and/or department. For example:

Locations - Purchasing Entered
John Butler - 123 Tiger Lane Oakland, CA
IT Support - 123 Tiger Lane Oakland, CA
ESS - 123 Tiger Lane Oakland, CA
