EBS 12.1.3 Procurment---Unable to Transfer SLA to GL

Hi All,

I am unable to transfer SLA from Purchase to GL.
I am using R12.1.3 Version of EBS
My  Oragnization Parameter Costing information "Transfer to GL" was none earlier but after enabling it  i am able to transfer only new SLA to GL and not my only OLD Journal.

Following i tried.

1. Transfer to GL from cost managment fails to transfer to GL
2.in  XLA_AE_HEADERS table  GL_TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE was showing 'NT' so did update and set to 'N' and ran Transfer to GL from cost management, got same result  old SLA is
not transferred . 

any help Techies to resolve this.
