Create Accounting Program for asset is not creating accouitng for one one operating unit. While it

Run depreciation runs successfully. While create accounting program does create accounting for assets. The output is empty. The period of February end_date  was mistakenly entered (28-FEB-20120) at the GL periods. Create accounting for another operating unit was run successfully. The end date for February-12 for that operating unit was on (29-FEB-2012).Any hint on this.
