Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Have an ORACLE APEX app created in 3.02 by previous DBA

I have a APEX 3.02 app created on a DB by former DBA.AIX

Upgraded DB from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3.

How's the best way to verify the app is working.

I do not yet have APEX installed on my machine.

Is it better to install 3.0.2 or latest 4.1 (4.11) then verify?
