Oracle aaudit server can't collect data !!!

Dears,

We have a audit vault server (version 10.3) ,target database (10.2.0.4), and audit_trail configure to "XML, EXTENDED".
We Using oracle client 8.1.6 connect to target database, we encount some problem below.

We can only see insert/update/delete records at Audit Vault Server(Web Report), no any SQL Text and there are no any select records in the report.

There have all records(insert/update/delete/select) include SQL Text in the XML files so We don't why ?

Somebody can help ......
