Unable to install navigation buttons

 Since upgrading from Autovue 20.1.1 to 20.2 I'm unable to install the navigation buttons (next file / previous file) by right clicking on an existing tool bar.Re-installing the old 20.1.1 version again, and installing the navigation buttons is still not available, even when the software is installed as an administrator, or run as administrator.
Is this a simple fix?
