How do we configure firewall with NAT to use 11.2.0.2 RAC SCAN

Hi all
We need to access at the scan address of the RAC 11.2.0.2 cluster behind a firewall that use NAT.

The direct acess from VIP is OK.

tnsping on scan ip is OK

but connexion on scan adresse give a time out.
