Can't remove quorum device

Hi expert,
I've issue removing quorum device from two node cluster. I've add new quorum device, before I remove the old one. below the error message and the quorum information :

  Global Name:                                     /dev/did/rdsk/d10s2
  Type:                                            shared_disk
  Access Mode:                                     scsi2
  Hosts (enabled):                                 pidbsc1u, pidbsc2u


root@pidbsc2u # clq remove -F d4

This cluster is at risk of experiencing a serious outage.
