PN:Error message while sending Lease for Approval in Oracle Property Manager - 12.1.3

Hi,


I am testing this Lease Approval process in R12.1.3 Oracle Property Manager. The Profile option for PN: Use Lease Approval is set to Yes.
When I create a Lease and change status from Draft to Submitted, the workflow approval fails. The notification that being sent to the requestor in the Workflow Notifications is -
"Lease @LEASE_NUMBER Rejected as Approver Not Found"...
The creator and approver of the Lease are different users. This is as per the details in the Lease creation form.
Is there anything else that needs to be setup to define an approver for the Lease...
