Consolidation Transfer

Hi,

Consolidation Transfer program gives the following error

"Consolidation Transfer finds no data to transfer. Check your subsidiary ledger to make sure there are balances for the period DEC-11

I have checked that already translation has happened successfully and verified gl_balances table.
