R12.1.3 - Opening APEX page from Oracle apps Navigator window

Hi,

We have an APEX page, which is intergrated to oracle apps 12.1.3 successfully.

we are able to open the page from Oracle Applications Home Page (web/self-service page) successfully.

but when we try to open the same page from "Navigator" window (i.e. switching the responsibility in the core applications) system is throwing page not found error.

looks like system is not able to call/execute the JSP page (GWY.jsp), any ideas how to call APEX page from Navigator window?
