deploying 11g forms

I have loaded oracle weblogic server 10.3.5  on a windows 2008 box. I want to deploy complied 11g forms for accessing through a browser. I have compiled 11g form on a windows 7 64 bit pc. Do I have to install oracle forms 11g on the on the windows 2008 where I  have weblogic server 10.3.5 in order to access the compilled forms through the browser.
