Lock box process creating banks based on teh MICR details in the transmission data file

Hi,

We have noticed that based on the MICR details in the transmission data file record6 if it is not setup as a bank then a new bank is being setup by the lockbox process. Is it a desired functionality? If so how can we avoid this?
