Reg : Transit Times between Regions

 Hello Experts, Can you please help me in fixing the below issue ?

We would like to implement Transit time between regions and hence we have defined a new Regions (ie Country and State ) and setup a transit time for specific carrier. But at the sales order, the transit time is not honoured.

Your help will be greatly helpful.
