ODM and Global Roll Outs
We have a client who's looking at a global implementation of ODM to add to their exisiting CRMOD instance. Do we have any insight from Oracle around best practice methods for implementing ODM amongst a global team? This client has somewhat independent Marketing teams in the US, Asia and Europe. We can accomodate their various style requirements using templates, plus we need to consider some European language requirements, not everything is in English.
But what about data? How do we stop the Germans sending German emails to English speaking clients in the US or Asia? We could do this by creating lists, splitting out detail around Country - assuming of course they have that data point in their database.
