Need clear guidance to upgrade oracle application 12.0.4 with database 10.2.0.3 to database 10.2.0.4

Hello Oracle Master in here
I have a problem with costing and already open SR on oracle support, finnaly they order me to upgrade the database to 10.2.0.4. Currently the oracle application is 12.0.4 with  database 10.2.0.3. I need a suggestion from oracle master here with they experiance and knowledge to give me a guidance how to upgrade this database to 10.2.0.4 for oracle application 12.0.4. And the risk after upgrade this database..

Please Help me Oracle Master...
