HSM for multiple instances

Hi,
I have 2 separate instances on a single host server, sharing the same Oracle binaries. I would like to set up data encryption using HSM. What configuration do I need to do at the Oracle side and/or HSM side to achieve this? I want to be able to have separate master keys for each instance, i.e. they should not be sharing master keys. As both database resides in the same Oracle Home, there is only 1 sqlnet.ora file. Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
