Create Custom Button on Accounts Homepage

Hello,

Is it possible to create custom button on homepages.The requirement is to have 3 different buttons on Account homepage to create 3 different types of accounts. For Ex If I can create a button called Dealer, then when a user with a specific role clicks on it, the account deatil screen should appear with Account type filled in as "Dealer".  Any ideas.
