Payments Functionality(RODOD integration with Siebel )

Dear All,

One of the Telecom who is having the RODOD integration with Siebel where customer is having following query regarding payments functionality.

 

Question here is: Users are unable  to do the payment for the unbilled usage scenario. So they would like to know does it offered OOTB? This  payments are working fine for the billed usage scenario without any customization.

 

Note: They have applied ACR474,ACR620 and AIA11.1 on top of 8.1.1.6 SIA.

Does nay one have idea on this issue?
