Bulk DELETES needs index rebuild

 Team,

OS = Linux AS4
DB=10.2.0.4

I'm going to purge 90% of records from my production table having total records of (272242796). Do I need to rebuild indexes on this table? I hope Index will be fragmented in I do Bulk deletes.

Please suggest me.
