Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. RAID 1 of root partition using SVM in X4170 machine for redundency

Hi,

is it possible to use RAID 1 using SVM in X4170 machine for redundency.

someone told me as there is no option of choosing boot disk from OK prompt in X machine it not recommended.

please give your opinion.
