BI Publisher, Adobe print Page Scaling

We print our Payroll and A/P checks using BI Publisher from JDE E1 to create an adobe .pdf document that we print on our check stock.  Because of the MICR alignment on the bottom of the checks for the banks electronic readers, the checks print format is very sensitive.  So when printing .pdf checks using adobe, the "Page Scaling" setting will change the output of the checks and change their print format.  This may be a user issue or a training issue but is there anyway to set the page scaling to "None" in the BI Publisher template so this never changes?
