Export .mdb or .xml or .csv from SQL Svr Mgmt Studio - Migrating SQL to Oracle

I need to export Schema & Data from SQL Server Management Studio in one of the following formats: .csv, .xml, or .mdb. How do I do this? The wizard searches for a pre-existing database but I need it burned to disc to import on the standalone Development server.
