DB2 LOB Errors

We are receiving these errors:
COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.DB2Exception: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0429N The maximum number of concurrent LOB locators has been ex
ceeded. SQLSTATE=54028.

Does anyone know what needs to be done to resolve these errors?
