Dialog Failing to Send Email

My institution just went live with an OLM dialog a few weeks ago, and we're experiencing a problem with one of the jobs.  In an audience count of just over 3000, the parent only partially finished during the first daily run.  Since then it has been failing completely on just under 2000 records.  Any insights as to why this might be happening?
