While creating a transaction in AR, in distribution account

While creating a transaction in AR, in distribution account, error is coming, i.e. not able to select company (balnacing segement), error displaying :No Entries found for list of values. Please suggest what can be root cause since we are not able to creaet any transation due to this errors. Even though for AP responsiblity we are able to create inoice and able to see this particular balancing segmnet in AP distribution lines.

We checked all the possible setup like below:-

1)KFF --complied suscessfully

2)Balancing segment assign correctly to LE

3)No Security rules defined

4)No CVR defined

4) Company value (Balaincing segemetn value) available in company's value set.
