Email notification Export and RMAN backup status from Windows

 Hi,
I am doing Production export using datapump utility (expdp) and RMAN online backup  and windows batch files have been  created and jobs  are scheduled through windows scheduler.
My goal is  to configure email notification for the above job status (EXECUTING,COMPLETED).like
a. when job will start running it should send email  that export is running /failed and when export is completed it should send email  that export has completed successfully.
b. Also I would like to receive job status via email for RMAN backup..

I am looking for assistance to acheived this goal.
