EJournal not flowing to Centraloffice from Backoffice database for 3 production stores

Hi Oracle Team,

EJournal entries is not flowing to CO database for 3 stores from past 3 months.

Due to which JL_ENR table doesnot contain any rows from past 3 months for these stores.

Its working fine for other stores.

Verified below configuration :

1. MQ queue is clear and doesnot have any queue depth.

2. Queues are configured correctly in WAS server console in BO and CO application

3. config files related to ejournal is configured correctly and similar to other stores configuration.

Please, suggest if we need to verify any other configuration as well and also steps for the transfer of EJoural data to centraloffice.
