Notification to purchase order preparer after approval.

 Hi,
We are implementing three level of purchase order approval hierarchy, 
1) level 3 will enter the PO and forward to level 2.
2) level 2 verify the PO and forwards to level 1.
3) level 1 verify and approves.

Our requirement is after level 3 approval level 1 (preparer) should get notification, please advice.
