Hello
recently I received an email  in order to actrivate a CSI ion my account .
Mail said :


To register for My Oracle Support, you need to use your Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number:
•    Pease add this CSI number to your existing My Oracle Support user profile (after login, click on 'User Profile' then 'Show License'). CSI # xxxxxxx

Can you help me on that please ?
