Style Override for Measures

Hi,

I am sorry if this question is asked/has been answered before in this community. Wanted to check if the below requirement is doable or not:

1. Can Measures (Editable or Non Editable) be configured in a different color/shading for elapsed cells vs non elapsed cells. Can this be achieved in configuratiion itself?

The styles defined in the Project do not have any feature of this kind nor the style overrides in the Workbook Designer.
