Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have found that

Multi threading became available for the UNIX platform beginning with the 8.95 tools release in conjunction with

8.11_SP1.

Is Multi threading is also supported in Windows?
