LOV for Contacts on Documents of Records page Oracle HRMS

Hello,

Scenario : We are on 12.1.3 UAE Legislation. We are using standard AE_PASSPORT and AE_VISA for maintaining Passport and Visa information. We want to store Employee's dependent visa and passport details also at the Employee level. For that I want LOV showing employee's contact. All the Passport and Visa information will be managed by HR team only.I am not able get select person id at the documents of records level. Please let me know how can we get the person id so that we can create LOV for contacts.

Hope my requirement is clear.
