BI Publisher add-in for Word 2010 fails when attempting to preview output

I am receiving an error when attempting to preview output with BI Publisher add-in.  I have encountered some info that indicates the issue may be with the classpath but have found no info to correct the issue.  Any suggestions?

Environment: Windows XP, Office 2010, BI Publisher Core 11.1.1.5.0, XDO XML Parser 10.1.0.5.0 – Production, Oracle XML Developers Kit 11.1.1.3.0 – Production, Java VM 17.0-b16

Error:   Errror

ConfFile: C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\config\xdoconfig.xml

Font Dir: C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts

Run XDO Start
