SONE - R42995 Not updating

JDE ERP 8.0 Distribution Module

I wonder if anyone has any ideas.

We are periodically experiencing an issue where the repost future commitment batch job is not picking up the order even though the SDPDDJ is within the commitment days of the item branch plant.  The SO15 is not set.  The dates have been adjusted in the order detail and not the order header and not all but some of the orders are transfer orders.

Any assistance would be appreciated
