Remove Certificate from agent using emctl command

cd <AGENT_HOME>/bin
emctl secure add_trust_cert_to_jks trust_certs_loc <DOMAIN_HOME>/wlsmac2.cer -alias wlsmac2_public

I have used the above command to add a certificate.  I do not know where the cert I added is stored.

I'm trying to set up Custom Identity and Custom Trust in OEM 11G.  I've tried several times and am starting over with a new certificate.

My problem is I do not know how to remove a certificate I installed earlier.  So my questions are:

1) Which file was updated by the above command?

2) How do I remove a certificate form this file?
