Service Request form CSXSRISR version concern:

Our current 12.1.3 Production instance (CRMPRD1) reflects the following -

Form Application : Service

Form Name : CSXSRISR

Form Path : /app1/crmprd1/apps/apps_st/appl/cs/12.0.0/forms/US/CSXSRISR.fmx

Form Version : 12.0.208.12010000.84

Form Last Modified : $Date: 2010/06/22 23:15  $

 

Instance CRMTST, which is a copy of CRMPRD1 AND has the Service Feb '12 Monthly patch set (applied 3/30/12), reflects the following:

Form Application : Service

Form Name : CSXSRISR

Form Path : /app1/crmtst/apps/apps_st/appl/cs/12.0.0/forms/US/CSXSRISR.fmx

Form Version : 12.0.208.12010000.12

Form Last Modified : $Date: 2012/02/08 01:07  $

 

Why is the SR version with the patch applied reflect an older version number ???
