Is there a community for ORACLE SUPPLIER NETWORK

Is there a community for Oracle Supplier Network?  It is tough to diagnose problems with OSN: Orcle Support wants users to enter SR's for the module connecting to OSN, and the documentation for configuring applications with OSN has gaps, especially for the integration points.
