Monthly Patch Accountability of Previous Patch Resolutions
I would appreciate clarification regarding the accountability of previous patch resolution in a monthly patch set. We are EBS Release 12.1.3, as of 1/20/12.
Here is my issue:
We have a patch that we successfully tested in Feb, '12 in our development instance CRMDEMO, patch 12877202 dated 26-SEP-2011, which corrected the issue of printing erroneous notes on the Service Request Print Friendly output. We have not had a chance to apply this patch to our Production instance yet. We have development instance CRMTST which is a copy of our Production instance as of 20-MAR-2012. The Service Feb '12 Monthly Patch was applied to CRMTST. We still have the issue of printing erroneous notes on the Service Request Print Friendly output in CRMTST. Am I wrong to expect that this issue would have been resolved as part of the Service Feb '12 Monthly Patch because
